Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing tokens and protected files are never affected by plan changes.

You won't be cut off immediately. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly token allocation. Once you exceed the limit, you can still manage existing tokens but won't be able to generate new ones until the next billing cycle — or you can upgrade your plan for an immediate increase.

No. All plans include unlimited file encryptions and unlimited buyer downloads. You only pay the flat monthly rate for your plan tier. The token limit refers to how many unique license tokens you can generate per month, not how many times a file can be downloaded or activated.

Standard protection encrypts your file and applies forensic watermarks. When a buyer unlocks the file, the decrypted STL is passed to their preferred slicer (OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura, etc.). Maximum protection goes further: the decrypted mesh never leaves Rust memory. It's sliced by the built-in CuraEngine and only G-code is output — the raw STL is never exposed to disk or JavaScript.
